Sonipat/Chandigarh: An important meeting of the state executive of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana was held in Sonipat today under the chairmanship of the union's founder and state president Dr. Indu Bansal. In this meeting, discussions were held on the interests of journalists as well as expansion of the organization and organization of the Patrakar Samman Samaroh to be held in Panipat. Addressing the said meeting, Dr. Indu Bansal, National Spokesperson of Bharti Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh, New Delhi and Founder and State President of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana, said that various issues were discussed in this meeting of the State Executive and it was decided unanimously that soon the District Executives of Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana will be formed in entire Haryana, for which the formation of District Executives from Sonipat to Chandigarh will be completed in the month of February. These districts include Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Ambala, Yamunanagar, Panchkula as well as Chandigarh UT. Shramjeevi Patrakar Sangh Haryana will give appointment letter, press identity card, vehicle pass as well as insurance policy of Rs. 5 lakh to the office bearers of all these District Executives. One month's time was unanimously fixed for the formation of the Executives of these districts. Also, the matter of organizing a district level journalist felicitation ceremony in Panipat in the month of March was discussed. The state president of the union, Dr. Indu Bansal, said that during the meeting it was also decided that very soon a delegation of working journalists will meet the Governor and Chief Minister of Haryana regarding the interests of journalists and will apprise them of the problems of journalists. These mainly include important issues like free toll tax, cashless insurance scheme, journalist security scheme, simplification of pension scheme for journalists and group housing scheme at affordable rates. Dr. Bansal said that the union will also organize a religious journey for all the district and state officials associated with the union very soon, the head of which will be the state organization publicity secretary of the union, Pramod Kaushik. In the meeting, the President of Haryana Joint Employees Forum, Ashok Malik and General Secretary RK Nagar honored all the officials of the Shramik Journalist Union from all over Haryana by giving them mementoes. Mainly Founder and State President of Shramik Journalist Union Haryana Dr. Indu Bansal Jain along with State Executive General Secretary Rajesh Ahuja, State Patron Dr. Darshan Lal Malhotra, State Vice President Rajendra Kumar and Anil Dhiman, State Co-Secretaries Pankaj Singla and Jarnail Ranga, State Publicity Secretary Pramod Kaushik, Karnal District President Rajesh Jindal, Chief Patron of Kurukshetra unit Des Raj Bhatnagar, State Executive Member Mahesh Rajput, District Sonipat Executive Member Anand Saini and State Spokesperson Naveen Bansal and hundreds of journalists were present in the meeting.
